These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the EliteFlowersmx.com Website and the EliteFlowers Service.
1.1. All products presented on this website (with possible occasional modifications) are available in almost all areas of Mexico, unless otherwise indicated. Some product ranges are only available in certain delivery areas.
1.2. Some flower and plant products may be delivered in bud form to ensure a longer shelf life.
1.3. There is a possibility that some flowers and plants may be harmful or poisonous, please make sure to visit our Allergies and Health information page before submitting your order.
1.4. All products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to replace the product with another of equivalent value and quality without prior notice. Please be assured that the flowers will be of comparable quality.
1.5. In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product), you will be notified as soon as possible.
1.6. Certain products are not available for same-day delivery or other special delivery services. You will be provided with further information about product availability and delivery options when you place your order.
2.1. Prices displayed on the eliteflowers.mx.com website are valid for a maximum of 10 days from the date your order is submitted.
2.2. Prices include VAT for deliveries in Mexico.
2.3. Prices of items for delivery in Playa del Carmen include delivery in specific areas. We dont deliver in Puerto Morelos, Puerto Aventuras, Tulum, Cancun, Hotels in Riviera Maya.
3.1. You will be given clear instructions for the ordering process and you will be required to provide us with your full personal details, including a postcode and clear address, together with recipient details and payment details.
3.2. We accept payments by bank transfer and/or deposit, Sripee and major credit and/or debit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, and any other credit and/or debit cards that we may detail from time to time.
3.3. By clicking the “Checkout” button at the end of the ordering process, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and those that may be indicated elsewhere on the EliteFlowersmx.com Website.
3.4. Dispatch of your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send you an email at the address you provide confirming the details of your order and that we have begun processing it. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have sent you this confirmation email.
3.5. We cannot accept orders from customers under the age of eighteen (18).
4.1.1. Some products are not available for delivery to certain areas. We will notify you of these restrictions before you complete your order.
4.1.2. We will inform you of the first available delivery date for the item selected at the time of placing your order.
4.1.3. To avoid any problems or delays in delivery, please ensure that you include the recipient’s full address with exact postcode and telephone number (with local area code if possible), as well as your daytime contact telephone number or email address so that we can notify you in the event of any delivery problems. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your order without refund.
4.1.4. In the case of delivery to certain locations involving third parties, such as offices, hospitals, funeral homes, airports, hotels, ships and other commercial establishments, the signature of any person authorized to accept deliveries on behalf of the organization will be accepted as proof of delivery to the selected recipient.
4.1.5. Please note that some products are not suitable for delivery to funeral homes, hospitals, airports, or ships; please contact EliteFlowers Customer Service for further information using the contact details provided in section 6.1.
4.1.6. Please note that the carrier will deliver the goods to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept any liability if the recipient is no longer at that address and the recipient refuses or fails to return the item(s).
4.1.7. Please note that where the carrier is unable to find a person to accept delivery or a safe place to deposit the delivery, they will leave a card at the recipient’s address for the recipient to request a re-delivery. If the recipient does not contact us within 3 working days, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery to another address. If delivery is made via a courier company that is unable to find someone to accept delivery, the shipment will be taken to their warehouse and the recipient must collect it from there.
4.1.8. Before placing your order, please review delivery times and prices.
4.1.9. If your order includes multiple items for delivery to the same address, these may be shipped separately.
4.1.10. We will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations if such failure results from extraordinary circumstances (such as fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), violent invasion, hostilities of foreign enemies (whether declared or undeclared war), civil war, revolution, rebellion, insurrection, military usurpation of power, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockade, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electric or telephone service.
5.1. If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so, subject to the clause

5.3. You can cancel your order as long as the status is “New Order”. Once the order changes to Processing, Shipped or Delivered, the cancellation will be reviewed to see if a partial or full refund is appropriate.

6.2. Our Customer Service is available from 10:00 to 19:00 GMT-5 from Monday to Friday.
6.3. Due to the perishable nature of most products and in order to help us resolve claims quickly and to the full satisfaction of both parties, we advise you to make your claim within 12 hours after the delivery
7.1. Whilst we undertake to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the eliteflowersmx.com website and/or the Elite Flowers service are fully operational and error free, this is something we cannot guarantee and we therefore accept no liability for any defects and/or interruption of the EliteFlowermx.com website and/or the Elite Flowers service and shall be relieved of our obligations under these terms and conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which makes the provision of the eliteflowersmx.com website and/or the EliteFlowers service impossible or impracticable.
7.2. Subject to clauses 1.4 and 4.2 above, we will not be liable for any delay or inability to perform our obligations to you if such delay is due to any cause outside our reasonable control.
7.3. EliteFlowers understands that it has a legal obligation to supply goods that comply with the contract.
8.1. Elite Flowers delivery coupon codes (“Coupon Codes”) can only be used on purchases made on EliteFlowersmx.com Websites for delivery with out cost only in specific regions of Playa del Carmen
8.2. Coupon codes must be entered in the relevant section of the ordering process on the EliteFlower website. We are unable to apply a discount to orders already placed.
8.3. Discount codes are usually restricted to one use per customer and must not be passed on to other users.
8.4. Selected coupon codes may be restricted to delivery; details of any restrictions will be communicated to the extent possible when promoting the coupon.
8.5. Coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions.
8.8. Coupon codes may be withdrawn or suspended without notice and for any reason. We will notify you during the order process if we are unable to accept the coupon code entered.
8.9. We cannot be held responsible for any unavailability of EliteFlowersmx.com which may prevent the use of coupon codes.
8.10. These terms of use are subject to change at any time.
